My client is looking for a Systems Project Coordinator to come in and join a growing team and have the opportunity to work at what is set to be one of the largest battery manufacturing plants in the world. The Systems Project Coordinator will assist in providing continuity, support and guidance to our performance-based contract from Financial Close forward. This will involve working alongside the Transition Manager, other Project Managers and Transition Team to support all phases of mobilization including onboarding, change management, document management, and asset collection. This should be looked at as a split role with the first part being help support the CMMS Development. While the other part of the role being supporting mobilization of the project plan by sitting in/running bi-weekly meetings.
* Review and gain a thorough understanding of contract documents, specifically scope of services and key performance indicators, to facilitate the development of project specific workbooks.
* Maintain and update mobilization plans and schedules. Review these schedules with site team, management, subject matter experts to ensure delivery of contractual requirements.
* Coordination of asset data information, creation of preventative maintenance job plans, updates to recurring schedules to facilitate the set up and support of the maintenance management system.
* Participate in the implementation of the maintenance management system including monitoring and maintaining the system once the site is operational.
* Support the coordination of the post-construction warranty management.

* Minimal two years of hands-on experience in a related field or similar role/environment
* CMMS Experience (Computer Maintenance Management System)
o SWG's QFM and TMA System's WebTMA
* Bachelor's degree
* Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
