Insight Global is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a Direct-Hire opportunity here in Louisville KY. The pay range for this position is between $25/hr - $32/hr. The shift will be 2:30 - 11 pm EST. This company is a large, well-established environmental service company that focuses on reusable waste to energy. This maintenance mechanic will be is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and the maintaining mechanical equipment. They perform routine and preventive maintenance on various systems, including material handling (conveyor systems), crushing, screening, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems. Additionally, these technicians ensure equipment performance and efficient production processes. This individual must have strong soft skills in order to succeed and collaborate cross-functionally.

- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic
- Industrial maintenance background and experience with the following:
Troubleshoot and maintain material handling, crushing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems
Routine maintenance of forklifts
Ability to work on LP, gas, and diesel systems
Brake systems and tire/wheel changes
Basic electrical repair of production machines
Welding/Fabrication
Assemble/Disassemble machinery to find root cause
General motor repair
