The Software Testing & Quality Engineer II is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining uniform testing programs across the organization's systems. This role involves leading and directing multiple program and project test teams to ensure best practices in testing and quality assurance. Additional responsibilities include providing organized leadership and strategy development within the quality assurance function to enhance skills and meet target deadlines. This individual must have broad experience in testing methodologies, including automation, manual, regression, and performance testing. As a candidate, you should possess a blend of soft skills and technical judgement with excellent written/oral communication for maintaining relationships with developers as well stakeholders. Additionally, your problem-solving abilities and proactive mentor mindset are vital for detecting missing elements during inspections and reviews. Your ability to function within short 2-4-week sprint cycles and investigate failed automation tests will contribute to the team's success.
