An employer is looking for an IT Help Desk individual to report out of our corporate office in Lexington, KY. This individual will work directly with ServiceNow as a ticketing system to ensure we are able to provide our internal users with quality IT service that ensures resolutions in a timely manner. It is important that this individual possesses the ability to work cross functionally, as they will be paired with Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Server Admins, Network Admins, and Security Admins. This is a very large & close-knit group that this individual will have the opportunity to join. The primary area of focus will be when this individual works directly with end users by resolving their operational issues within a Windows10 environment efficiently and with great customer care. This position is located onsite in Lexington, KY and will report onsite 5 days a week during training. Once fully trained, there will be opportunities to work a hybrid remote work schedule!
* 3+ Years of professional experience working in Help Desk within a Windows10 environment
* Professional experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
* Professional experience working with Corporate Executives and all levels of leadership
* Professional experience working within Active Directory
o Working specifically with group policies
* Professional experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft POS (Point of Sale) Systems
* Professional experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
o Creating profiles for various endpoints
* Professional experience managing / deploying an SCCM set up
o Creating software packages
o Task sequences
o Migrating SCCM to Endpoint
* Experience working within the Manufacturing Industry
* Experience working with cross functional teams
