Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst for a contract opportunity located in Louisville, KY. This is a hybrid remote role that will report to an office 2-3 days out of the week. This individual will support a large project in which the company is working to replace 1.2 million electric meters. There are 4 buckets of work that this data analyst will be responsible for understanding. Their primary responsibility will be supporting 9 birddogs. Each week, birddogs give their live safety audits to the data analysts to process the safety audits, track, and flag any errors in the data. This data analyst serves as a filter to the manager, giving the manager flags to ensure neither team members are sifting through large amounts of data that is filtering through. Another large responsibility will be working with subcontractors to track and flag issues with pictures of work/job sites. This candidate needs to be extremely comfortable using Microsoft Excel as they will be working across 6 core spreadsheets. A large function of this job will be pulling different sources into the spreadsheet, and checking information coming through email, work requests, changes, etc. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and comfortable with stepping up when errors are found. They will also can communicate with multiple groups of people as they will be interacting with several groups at one time (birddogs, field service crews, meter assets groups, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Professional working experience with Microsoft Excel
Professional working experience doing V-look ups
Must have excellent time management skills and background where they can showcase this

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional experience with Pivot Tables
Professional experience with Power Bi
Project Management background (shows candidates capability to interact with several groups at a time) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Technology, Mathematics, or related field
