A client in the Louisville, KY area is looking for an IT Support Tech to join their team for a contract to hire opportunity. This person will be the single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. The best candidate for this role will have a diverse technical skillset and be comfortable prioritizing various task throughout the day to best support the computing environment.
2-3 years of hardware & software troubleshooting experience
Active Directory experience
Ticketing System experience
Great communication skills
