Accounting Associate

Day to Day

An employer in the Louisville, KY area is looking to add four Accounting Associates to their team. They will be reviewing invoices and bills for this organization. This will include matching invoices to purchase orders, reviewing invoices for compliance and accuracy, reaching out to vendors to resolves errors as need be. They will utilize Workday and Excel to complete their daily activities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have a background in finance or accounting.

Must Haves

* 3+ years data entry with payroll, invoicing, billing, claims etc.

* Strong Excel experience
