Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a Large Manufacturing clients corporate office in the Lexington, KY. This Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with Director of Operations Finance. This position will be heavily involved in project work and the focus of the work changes week by week. They will prepare for month end close by preparing the forecast data that will be sent out to the sixteen manufacturing plants this position supports. They will get inputs from across the business and consolidate it for their group. The week of close the focus will be on pulling together forecasts for all 16 plants and analyzing actuals to the forecasted data, finding what is driving the variances. They will also put together reports after month close that are based on month end actuals, and these will be presented to executives so they know the status of the brands manufacturing facilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of finance / accounting experience (Financial Analyst or Cost Accountant)
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, charts, modelling)
- Experience within Manufacturing - a plus not requirement
- CPA or MBA
- Presenting to upper level management
