Job Description

DAY-TO-DAY:

The IT Support Technician will assist in the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and provisioning mobile devices. They will help with computer, network, and audio-visual technology in classrooms, labs, libraries, conference rooms, and offices as needed. They will be provide desktop application support to the executive team for Windows, Microsoft Office, and various software applications. They will assist the MC IT team with inventory, asset management, documentation, and utilization tracking. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting computer, phone, and network problems for users in person, by telephone, or remotely, using basic trouble ticketing software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer services skills, as they will be supporting various leadership teams within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years' of desktop support experience

· CompTIA A+ Certification

Strong customer service/ communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors' Degree/ Associates degree
