Job Description

An employer in the Louisville, KY area is looking to add a Document Management System Administrator to their team. This Admin will be spending about 25% of their time resolving Tier 2 and 3 tickets as an escalation point from the help desk. This will include password resets, troubleshooting, reactivating accounts etc. to support internal staff. The other 75% of their time will be spent working within the OnBase enterprise system, setting up new document types through configuration to enhance processes for end-users. They will also be working on projects and building out workflows and making them efficient and effective based on end user requirements. This person will be responsible for taking the vision of the end users and utilizing the OnBase system and tools to accomplish that vision. The Ideal candidate will be someone who has a foundational understanding of how data moves and is translated between departments within and organization. The ideal candidate will also be someone who is looking to learn and grow within their career in IT.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role (tickets, troubleshooting, end user support etc.)

1-2 years Administrator level experience working with enterprise systems doing configuration, creating workflows, process mapping, document management etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Onbase administration experience
