An employer is looking for a Direct Hire Workday Developer to join their team. At this time, this organization is shifting from Peoplesoft to Workday and this developer will design, develop, and maintain Workday software applications. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing technical and customized solutions that are scalable, extensible, and satisfactory to customer needs. This developer will create unit tests and automated integration tests to ensure quality of code when integrating workday with third party systems. They will troubleshoot and debug existing code and identify areas for improvement as well as collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. This is a long-term, fully remote role and the ideal candidate will be able to help drive the team's initiative of successfully transitioning to workday.
- 5+ years of coding experience within workday utilizing the workday proprietary languages
- 5+ years of experience integrating workday with 3rd party systems (payroll, billing, HR, finance, etc.)
- Strong understanding of proper workday processes and procedures.
