The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee accounting processes for corporate functions and will also provide leadership to others on the corporate accounting team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of corporate financial statements, including monthly fluctuation analysis
* Work closely with corporate leadership in budgeting costs related to their function within the organization
* Responsible for allocating certain company-wide costs to subsidiaries, ensuring allocation is consistent with prescribed methodology
* Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting requested by various corporate leaders
* Supervise small team and provide guidance on accounting practices
* Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations within Blackline
* Continuously assess internal systems and processes for opportunities to improve
* Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency in company standards and processes
* Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationship with cross-functional leaders
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
2. Experience leading or influencing a team required
3. 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience required, including experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment
