Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Helpdesk Engineer to support a client of ours in the Kansas City, KS area. This person will be responsible for application packaging/deployment, security patching, and overall management of both Windows & MacOS workstations. He or she will have the opportunity to work with the Desktop Architect to manage the endpoint profile from design to deployment. This person will be a resource for software deployments and patch maintenance.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise Windows environment
* SCCM/Intune administration experience
* Experience packaging/deploying applications and updates
* Experience creating Powershell scripts
* Any related certifications
