Insight Global is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join one of our large food manufacturing clients at their facility based in Alma, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the 2nd shift maintenance team, including team members in skilled trades such as Mechanics, Electricians, and Plumbers. You will oversee making departmental maintenance decisions, installing and starting up new equipment and processes and utilize a CMMS, delegate maintenance work-orders and schedule preventative maintenance for equipment. This role is a permanent, salaried position, at the 2nd shift (1 PM - 10 PM with some weekends) with strong career growth opportunities. - 3 years of maintenance supervisory expeirence
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to oversee a team to deliver results
- Comfortability transitioning shift times every 12-18 months

- Previous food manufacturing experience
