Job Description
Assisting drillers with daily drilling operations and equipment maintenance
Helping deploy, set up, and break down drill rigs at job sites
Transporting, loading, and unloading tools and equipment
Logging field data and observations during drilling activities
Supporting construction materials testing (including concrete and soils)
Performing field inspections on active project sites
Learning industry best practices through hands‑on training and cross‑training opportunities

High school Diploma
Eagerness to grow into a career in construction
Willing to be outside fulltime in all types of weather
Valid driver's license
Able to lift 65 lbs.

Worked in construction before
