Job Description
As a Strategic Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to secure, build, and strengthen partnerships with the most important global clients in key markets. You will leverage an active network of stakeholders across Clinical, Marketing, Access, and Commercial teams, using consultative sales skills to identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer objectives. A major focus will be on expanding existing relationships and driving engagement upward within client organizations to uncover new opportunities. This includes upselling and cross-selling services and solutions to core persona groups while leading regional or multi-country strategic initiatives critical to achieving account plans and financial goals. You will conduct whitespace analysis for assigned accounts and own the regional account strategy in collaboration with the Global Account Lead. Partnering closely with Customer Experience, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams, you will ensure an optimized customer journey and interface with senior management, platform users, and brand teams to elevate conversations. Daily activities involve generating proposals, planning impactful customer meetings, and assembling the right solutions/services team to meet client needs. Success in this role requires maintaining deep knowledge of customer priorities, industry trends, and the company's product offerings to position the company as a trusted strategic partner.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years in both sales and/or the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry combined
• 2+ years' experience managing relationships and driving new business for services such as software, hardware, data, consulting, HOR, etc directly to Pharmaceutical/Biotech companies
• Willingness/desire to drive new business in both warm and cold territories
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customer bases
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience selling services for global companies or customer bases
Experience with or existing network of pharmaceutical companies based in Europe
