A major telecom provider is looking to add a dynamic Project Manager to their National In-Building (IBV) team. The inbuilding team is responsible for ensuring reliable wireless coverage and capacity inside large structures where traditional macro networks may struggle. Responsibilities of the IBV team include wireless infrastructure deployment, RF engineering & optimization, carrier coordination, compliance, customer experience/support and project management. The majority of projects this candidate will work on include transits, amphitheaters, convention centers, airports, and sports stadiums. An ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle a variety of different tasks at any given time. Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of IBV projects from initiation to closeout.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Will work closely with the submarkets across the country for special projects
Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
Reviewing financial documents and extrapolating data
Contract research
Creation of project presentation stages to share with upper leadership
Helping the In-building national Real Estate lead to offload things on her plate
