We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Delivery Manager to support a high-visibility finance initiative with a targeted launch date of August 1 (potentially extending beyond). The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and work closely with internal stakeholders, including tax partners, to drive delivery and milestone achievement. This person will be responsible for managing strategy and planning for steps it will take to get to the launch date.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-level planning, strategy, and coordination for pre-launch milestones and deliverables.
Identify and communicate project risks, constraints, and dependencies.
Partner with tax and finance teams to align on expectations, timelines, and trade-offs.
Support executive-level reporting, including creating clear and effective PowerPoint presentations.
Contribute to and maintain documentation using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
Make informed decisions, create actionable plans, and provide structure where ambiguity exists.
Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring communication flows seamlessly.

5+ years of experience in program or project delivery roles
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive consensus
Proficiency with PowerPoint and experience creating decks
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
Understanding of accounting processes; tax familiarity preferred (schooling experience in this area okay but enterprise experience preferred)
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
Experience working with tax departments or in finance-driven environments.
