Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Symplr API Analyst local to Kansas City. The Symplr API Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting our API integrations, with a focus on SQL reporting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication. This role involves 10% SQL reports and data pulling, 50% troubleshooting and supporting new users, and 20% stakeholder interaction - the additional 20% could be training new users, integration work, or project related work.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong functional understanding of and background with API Healthcare, specifically the timekeeping and scheduling portions of that application
Experience troubleshooting user issues and setting up new users
Experience working with the business stakeholders to understand API requirements, then testing and tracking those APIs to ensure they meet business requirements
Experience integrating API into other systems
Strong knowledge of API workflows
Basic SQL knowledge
Ability to extract/pull data, validate it, and generate reports from that data

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare background
Symplr API software experience
Advanced SQL knowledge/experience
