Support the administration of compensation programs and systems including annual salary review, short-term incentiveand maintenance of HRIS tables. This may include auditing and analysis of data, calculation and communication of payouts and programs.
Participate in salary surveys through the collection and
reporting of data to third-party vendors. Assist with the
maintenance of compensation related software.
Assist in the evaluation of jobs including FLSA determination.
Assist in the analysis of compensation programs and data.
Data entry in HRIS system (such as creating new jobs)
Market pricing jobs and doing system clean-up/auditing of market pricing
Editing job descriptions & job description maintenance
Adhoc research on compensation topics

Minimum 3 years compensation experience (~7 if no degree)
Strong Excel skills [vlook-ups, formulas, pivot tables]
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage sensitive/confidential information is important
