Insight Global is seeking an IAM Provisioner for their Epic O2 Security software. Each day begins with reviewing the current backlog and prioritizing tasks to meet daily SLAs. This involves creating EMP and SCR records to ensure users are set up correctly. You will receive work orders and analyze them to determine the necessary setups and access types for users, followed by working through tickets based on these findings. Additionally, cash drawers and logistics technician records (HKR) are created as needed. Daily tasks and ticket updates are managed using ServiceNow, Remedy, and Excel. You will also use Excel for crosswalking, checking access, and importing data. Other access technologies you will use on a day to day will be Active Directory and Passport.

2+ years of IAM provisioning experience with Active Directory
Experience with access management, role based access, provisioning and de-provisioning and troubleshooting issues with new and existing users
Strong experience utilizing ticketing systems to track/monitor backlog and new requests
Strong Excel experience for tracking and documenting
