Most of this role for Insight Global's client is centered around the fact that there are tickets that come into their "Compass" portal and the data from these tickets needs to be manually moved to the necessary system or systems. Additional information is listed below.
* Manages Master data for ~50 types of master data requests
o Performs, in a timely manner the set up or changes of master data following supervisor approved requests
o Provides support to users, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues that may be related to master data
* Executes Application Security requests
o Performs, in a timely manner the set up, change or removal of users of an application following supervisor approved requests
o Provides support to users, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues that may be related to access
* Process Optimization
o Seeks and provides feedback to business and IT partners to improve the process execution
o Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes for a smoother user experience, seeking for automation where possible
* Understand how to use business applications front end, databases and Microsoft Office tools
* Good communication skills to keep users and team up to date on status or challenges
* Organized, and can manage the high-volume workload independently
* Interest in coding and automating routine activities
