Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Executive Technical Support Specialist to be hired on directly with a client of ours. This person will be expected to provide white glove technical support service to executive members within the organization. This person must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications and hardware, Apple products, and have great communication and customer service skills. This position is local to Kansas City, KS, and some travel will be involved.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of experience provide IT support to executives (C-Level and other VIP staff)
- 5 years of experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, and printers
- 3 years supporting Apple products (tablets/computers)
- 3 years of experience in MS O365 products
- 2 years of experience in business communication platforms (messaging, video conferencing, etc)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certifications/licenses (MCP, Apple Certifications, CompTia)
