Job Description

Data collection for Health System Survey. This includes: 1) conduct the computer assisted telephone interviews using Win-CATI software by calling the telephone numbers from the survey samples provided by the CDC; 2) Follow CDC survey protocol to collect health risk behaviors data; 3) enter data in the Win-CATI system; 4) provide feedback regarding data collection process to the survey supervisors; 5) maintain accurate records of all calls made; and 6) maintain consistent attendance to assigned shifts, communicating with supervisors regarding necessary absences due to illness, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to: 1) Use a computer for accurate data entry of audible responses from respondent; 2) Use a telephone for conducting interviews, including accurate phone number dialing; 3) Read aloud with a clear, articulate, and pleasant voice; 4) Understand and implement stringent survey protocols; 5) Ask survey questions related to health behavior in a professional manner; and 6) Speak Spanish (by 3-5 interviewers); 6) Maintain consistent attendance.
