Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a fully remote, one-year contract with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. This PM/SM will support a new strategic initiative focused on enhancing the Provider Portal, including front-end development and a revamp of eligibility workflows for specified providers.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can lead large-scale platform modernization efforts and manage complex transformational programs. The selected candidate will serve in a dual role as both Scrum Master and Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as the role involves managing budgets, facilitating technical and business discussions, and delivering executive-level reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in healthcare or insurance, particularly in network/provider domains
• Proven success managing large platform modernization or transformation programs
• Proficiency with PM/SM tools:
o Jira
o Clarity (for budget management)
o SharePoint
• Ability to serve in dual roles: Scrum Master and Project Manager
• Experience managing budgets, including projects with up to $2 million in annual spend
• Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
• Skilled in Agile and Hybrid methodologies (e.g., Kanban)
• Strong capabilities in developing project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (PowerPoint)
• Experience providing status updates, including risks and issues, to senior leadership
• Ability to facilitate technical and business discussions effectively
