Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Digital Content Operations Project Coordinator to support the Global Promotional Integrity Content Operations team for their largest Medical Device client. This will be a contract that can sit remotely working EST hours.
This individual will work alongside the Associate Director over Content Strategy help execute the vision and the daily workings for content development, deployment across channels, measurement, and optimization. The program's primary goals are to increase the speed and efficacy of bringing new content and content types to market, and ensure we deliver with the highest degree of confidence related to asset usability, compliance approvals, customer relevance, and return on investment.
This individual will be responsible for:
• Coordinate execution of content strategies developed by stakeholders, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Support content operations by working within content management systems (CMS), digital asset management platforms (DAMs), project management tools, and creative software.
• Assist with content audits and gap analyses, helping to identify opportunities for improvement across products and stakeholder groups.
• Compile and report on performance metrics, including SEO and omnichannel content effectiveness, to help connect creation efforts with business goals.
• Track and manage project backlogs, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely communication and updates to relevant teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping to prioritize incoming requests, escalate issues when needed, and maintain smooth communication across disciplines.
• Support multiple concurrent workstreams, helping to organize and maintain operational stability in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, offering suggestions and helping implement changes that enhance content operations.
• Maintain documentation and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency across content-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Min 2-5+ years of Project Management/Coordination experience:
-Leading meetings and working gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements
-documentation and change management
-Manage tracking of backlog, deadlines, deliverables, and communication of these operational necessities
-Helping to deliver multi-deliverables
-working cross-functionally across multiple Global Teams
Excel skills; ability to pull, create, and interpret reports
JIRA (or similar project management tools) for documentation and workflow management
Agile
Previously worked within Content Operations, Digital Content or similar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Aprimo software ++ or other Digital cataloging systems and tools
• Change Management
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Contentstack, or other mainstream content management and publishing tools
• Experience using Analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Medical Device/Pharma/ Life Sciences industry experience
• PMP or CSM
