**Salary for this position is between 160-170K depending on years of experience
**this is a fully remote project but candidates are expected to work east coast hours
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture: Design and manage secure cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
System Administration: Ensure seamless operations and high availability of cloud services.
Security Administration: Manage IAM, implement network security policies, and monitor compliance.
Scripting and Automation: Use Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance efficiencies.
Security Best Practices: Harden cloud environments, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure data protection.
Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Resolve complex issues with minimal downtime.
Collaboration and Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of industry experience.
Technical Skills: Strong foundation in system and security administration, scripting, and cloud services.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA.
Troubleshooting: Ability to manage complex cross-platform integrations.
Clearance: Active Treasury clearance preferred.
Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent.
