Insight Global is seeking a Contracts & Proposal Support Specialist to assist in the preparation, organization, and compliance of internal and client-facing documentation across both our contracts and proposal operations. This is a dynamic, hybrid role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within either domain, federal and commercial construction, and environmental services space.
Responsibilities:
Contracts Support (50%)
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of internal contracts including:
Teaming Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, NDAs, Consultant Contracts, and Employee Agreements
Support compliance with SCA (Service Contract Act) and DBA (Davis-Bacon Act) requirements
Maintain and update internal contract templates to ensure favorable and compliant terms
Track key terms, obligations, and renewal timelines
Support occasional federal contract review and compliance tracking under guidance of senior staff
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline contract processes and approvals
Proposal Support (50%)
Assist in preparing and formatting proposal responses for federal and commercial solicitations
Conduct quality control and compliance checks on solicitation packages
Support the Procurement Manager in building, reviewing, and assembling proposal documents
Help manage and organize proposal content, templates, and required forms
Coordinate internal reviews and ensure version control across multiple proposal submissions
Work closely with Proposal Lead on day-to-day tasks related to document preparation and response support.

Experience supporting federal construction, engineering, or environmental remediation/investigation contracts.
5+ Years of expereince in contracts administration, document management, and proposal support.
Contract Administration Expereince
o 2+ YOE preparing, reviewing, and managing internal employee and vendor contracts including compliance, legal requirements, and efficient administration. This may include:
Teaming Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, NDAs, Consultant Contracts, and Employee Agreements, etc.
Proposal Expereince
o 2+ YOE quality reviewing and formatting proposals i.e., RFPs, RFQs, IFB, RFIs, etc.
o Knowledge of various federal contract types i.e., firm-fix price (FFP), T&M, Cost-Reimbursement, Contracts, IDIQs, MATOCs, HUBZone.
o Experience managing proposal content, templates, and forms.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Adobe Acrobat and document formatting experience preferred
Prior expereince supporting USACE, EPA, NAVFAC, or Air Force contracts - strongly prefered.
Experience within environmental engineering and construction projects
Knowledge of SCA/DBA federal employment standards and contract compliance
Familiarity with federal solicitations, SAM.gov, or FAR/DFARS regulations
