Need a Project Manager to drive a technical security project to migrate multiple applications/users from old solution to brand new technology. Candidate must have technical background (preferred security) and have experience working on complex/technical migrations across multiple stakeholders.

- Learn & exercise PayPal PMO processes
- Budget & resource tracking
- Planning & delivery related Vendor management (if applicable)
- Change & Quality management
