Job Description

A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Instrumentation Technician to join their Maintenance team in Riceboro, GA. This person will be responsible for driving and completing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and configuration of instrumentation and control systems throughout the plant. In this role, you will take breakdown and planned maintenance calls, analyze the instrumentation and controls systems (RTDs, magnetic flow and mass flow meters, radars, pressure devices, and communication devices), and ultimately determine the problem. You will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting a junior technicians. The established pay rate for this role is $40-42/hr, based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years of instrumentation experience
· Understanding of how pressure, flow, pH, level, weight, time, conductivity, and temperature affect systems
· Experience troubleshooting PLCs (no programming required)
