An employer in the insurance industry is looking for an IT Compliance Officer to join the team and sit fully remote. This person will oversee the companys technology compliance framework, ensuring adherence to governance policies and managing mediation processes. This role involves significant planning, project management, and coordination with various teams, especially during acquisitions. The Compliance Officer must understand and update governance policies and plan for mediation. They will serve as the contact person for technology compliance during acquisitions, preparing for potential scaling, and they will plan and coordinate projects, arrange meetings, and facilitate communication among diverse teams. They will work closely with the Software Development group.

2-3 years of relevant experience in the Compliance/Governance space
Excellent organization skills, ability to multitask - for example, this person may navigate multiple acquisitions at the same time
Strong communication and writing skills - this person will create technical documentation for various stakeholders
General knowledge of Azure and general Software Development processes
