Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join the support team of one of the Big Five American Technology companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with inbound and outbound customer service calls. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service calls and conducting sales outreach to encourage current customers to upgrade to newer products. You will make cold calls to property management contacts, follow a proven sales script to upsell products to existing users (with 8,000+ warm leads provided), and provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Experience with inbound and outbound customer service
1 year of sales experience (any industry)
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
1 year of call center experience
Eager to learn, motivated to make a difference, and ready to grow
Based in the Las Vegas area (remote role with optional office access for increased visibility and growth opportunities)
Extensive remote outbound call center/sales experience
