Insight Global is looking for 2 Circuit Board Designers sitting out of Andover MA. These resources will be responsible for designing and developing both control and power circuit boards. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality and performance of the products to do point to point routing. It is important that you understand the principals of EMI and have the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop control and power circuit boards using Cadence software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
Create and maintain detailed schematics and layout designs.
Perform simulations and testing to validate circuit designs.
Write Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to document design modifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development process.
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams.
The compensation for this position ranges from 55-65/hr based on years of experience.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in circuit board design, with a focus on control and power circuits.
Proficiency in Cadence software for schematic capture and PCB layout.
Strong understanding of microprocessors and their integration into circuit designs.
Experience writing and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for circuit board design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with multilayer board design.
Familiarity with other PCB design tools and software.
Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
