Job Description

An Employer is looking for a remote Mobility Analyst. This persons responsibilities will include:
Organize and execute assigned projects and/or programs according to requirements (i.e. contracting, account consolidation, inactive device cleanup)
Manage wireline and wireless billing through contracted services or portals while working with vendor teams, Accounts Payable, and business users to resolve issues.
Make Contract Plan changes to resolve issues or optimize billings
Monthly optimizations and savings reporting adjustments to plans delivering reported savings from analysis
Mobility and telecom vendor management, engagement, QBRs, Contracts, or AP escalations.
Telecom Internet portal configuration and access management
Coordinate escalated repair issues with vendors
Service suspension escalations to reactivate in priority
Custom reporting sometimes requested by business to better understand sub-organizational billing
End of month reporting for Intune Billing (device management totals for billing support)
Tangoe (TEM provider) corrections, escalations, catalog, inventory
Direct Vendor order placement working with carriers directly when needed
White glove support for executive leadership in preparation for or during international travel and Account management
Satellite Phone management (invoicing, service, contract)
Employee pricing program management

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent; focus in telecom management and familiarity with telco carriers, contracts, and operations
Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with a wide selection of telecom management terms, platforms, and services; preferably Tangoe
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with mobility carriers on behalf of users
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
Aptitude in creative problem-solving
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
