Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for one of our large financial services clients located Downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work for the help desk team for internal teams and clients. The candidate must have previous experience in a help desk or desktop support role and must be able to work the night shift.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience in a Desktop Support or Help Desk Position

- Previous experience with client interaction

- Previous experience handling tickets through ServiceNow
