The Network Voice Engineer maintains and optimizes a large enterprise Telecom platform and associated networking solutions. The infrastructure consists of a mix of on-premise Cisco Call Manager and Unified Communication with Cisco VoIP gateways and Ring Central cloud voice platform. This position will be tasked with the day-to-day management and operation of related infrastructure and would play a supporting role in larger projects, such as expansions and capacity upgrades. In addition, this role will work with the Lead Engineer on process improvement, operational excellence, Telecom design/architecture, R&D, standardization, etc.
