Insight Global's top Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Sr. Consultant focused in Change Management, Organizational Readiness, and Communication to support an enterprise reorganization. A large global consultancy firm had created the initial reorganizational strategy at the top executive levels but is rolling off at the end of this year. This consultant will come in to continue shaping the change management strategy and help facilitate enterprise communications as the reorganization progresses through layers of leadership. The consultant should have proven experience in creating positive communication strategies related to enterprise restructuring in the pharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of the Pharma R&D landscape is imperative. The consultant must have demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management, possessing skills in executive presentations and dashboarding.
10+ years' experience leading Organization Change Management strategy for large scale enterprise transitions (Reorgs, Mergers, Acquisitions, etc.)
Deep knowledge of R&D Pharmaceuticals
Ability to lead discussions with SMEs, Executive Leadership, vendors (CROs), and globally dispersed stakeholders
Expertise in enterprise communication strategy
Experience in Reporting Project/Program status to Executive Leadership
Hands on experience in MS Project to develop project plans, charters, track interdependencies, etc.
Skilled in Organizational Change Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leading Clinical Trial Integrations stemming from an acquisition of a Pharmaceutical or Biologics firm
