REMOTE Security Solution Architect

Insight Global is looking to directly hire a Solution Architect in a permanent role to join a growing financial company located in West Des Moines, IA. This person will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies within the information security department. Works under the administrative and technical direction of information security management, in partnership with Principal architects. The individual must bring expertise related to key tenets of information security, governance, compliance, and IAM technologies. Develop IAM strategies, and security solutions that align with overall information security strategies. The individual will determine and advocate key security requirements and control implementation to our Business and IT partners.

8 - 10+ years of experience in Information Security
2+ years of experience in Security Architect role
Come from a Software development background
Extensive experience in Information Security, compliance, assurance, and/or other security standard methodologies and principles
Documented experience and a strong working knowledge of the methodologies to conduct threat-modeling exercises on new applications and services
Experience applying cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements
Discipline specific experience:
IAM experience
Cloud AWS and Azure networking experience

Insurance or Annuity experience
CISSP or CCSP or CCSK preferred
Experience in using architecture methodologies such as SABSA, Zachman and TOGAF
