Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the daily, safe, efficient, and effective operations of all plant equipment and machinery in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role could be filled as a Maintenance Tech III depending on candidate experience level.
Essential Competencies:
• Ensure team members have required PPE, parts, tools, etc. to perform assigned tasks
• Set the example for safety, attendance, productivity, attitude, etc.
• Assign daily tasks and duties to the team
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair plant machinery and equipment to assure safe and efficient operation
• Basic understanding of low and high Voltage, 3-phase, relays, drives, CNC controllers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC
• Work with machine OEM and troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Manage spare part and consumable inventory
• Utilize a CMMS application to manage maintenance work order, repairs, and root cause analysis (ROC)

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma / GED
• Minimum experience of one (1) year in an Industrial Maintenance Technician role and five (5) years in a manufacturing environment
• Participate in “On-Call” rotation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• 2-year degree in industrial technology or 5 years’ experience related to industrial electrical, industrial welding or industrial plumbing preferred
• Sheet Metal equipment knowledge; Laser, Turret and Press Brake
