Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Engineer to modernize data-heavy Access databases and build scalable pipelines supporting reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
Convert Access queries into optimized SQL transformations
Design scalable data models and schemas
Build ETL/ELT pipelines
Integration
Integrate SAP, Excel, SharePoint, APIs
Standardize and normalize data across sources
Performance & Optimization
Optimize queries and data pipelines
Ensure efficient handling of large datasets
Data Quality & Validation
Implement validation frameworks
Ensure consistency and reliability of data
Pay rate ranges upon experience $60/hr - $70/hr

Strong experience with Databricks
Power Apps experience
6–10 years data engineering experience
Strong SQL experience
Experience building ETL pipelines
Multi-source integration experience
Strong communicator (ability to educate nontechnical business leaders)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Power Automate experience
Power BI exposure
SAP/API experience
