Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support a large-scale communications modernization initiative. This individual will help lead the implementation of a new enterprise communications platform while coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program governance, project execution, software implementation, and stakeholder management experience. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to drive day-to-day project activities. This individual will be compensated at an hourly rate starting at $70/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
Experience leading complex software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
Demonstrated success working with technical teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Experience creating governance structures and driving project execution.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Agile project delivery experience.
Experience utilizing Jira for project tracking and work management.
Experience with ServiceNow Project Management tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
Background supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Experience within insurance or financial services environments is helpful but not required.
