Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a UKG Support Analyst for a client in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will be responsible for ongoing support of the UKG system service queue, providing phone and email resolution to tickets from community based users; heavy emphasis on Scheduling and Timekeeping modules within UKG.

Hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $40.00-55.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skill set.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with UKG Workforce Management; specifically supporting Timekeeping and Scheduling modules
• Experience working a ticketing system
• Experience with phone and email resolution
• Good communication and professionalism
• Industry experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality (hotel).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• BMC Helix ticketing system
• Experience handling training.
