Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a night supervisor for a non-profit organization in the Fort Dodge, IA area. This individual will lead the team that provides confidential crisis intervention through crisis counseling, information and referral, safety planning and personal advocacy in a trauma informed environment to adult and child victims of domestic violence and sexual assault at the Crisis Based Shelter located in Fort Dodge, IA. Responsibilities include people management, scheduling employees, ordering inventory, conducting trainings, and responding to crisis situations, Additional responsibilities may include answering crisis lines, transporting, cleaning, preparing food, serving food, assisting victims that reside at the shelter with day to day tasks and other duties as assigned. Clients of this shelter range in all ages including, kids, men and women. This role can pay between $21-24/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 8-10+ years of experience in human services type role
• Experience working on-call
• Experience with ordering inventory
• People management experience
Ability to work night shift
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associates/Bachelors Degree
Experience conducting trainings/ training new employees
