Job Description
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for NA Soy Network Dashboards
• Respond to user feedback and enhance dashboard features as needed
• Integrate Satake Enpresor equipment monitoring into the existing dashboard environment
• Develop and deploy automated poor‑performance detection algorithms
• Implement automated notifications for appropriate sites and operators
• Generate actionable color sorter setting insights based on Quality Bin Sample scores
• Collaborate with operators to optimize equipment settings and reduce defects
• Deliver monthly status and progress updates on dashboard performance and improvements
• Create and maintain documentation for new features, integrations, and workflows
• Develop training materials for operators and management as needed
Provide recommendations for future dashboard enhancements and automation opportunities
Pay rate for this position is between $37-$40/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and data retrieval
• Experience working within secure, controlled environments
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and C# (Windows‑based development)
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, OT networking)
• Experience with Grafana or similar dashboard and visualization tools (preferred)
• Ability to bridge industrial systems (PLC/OT) with modern software development
Software engineering background with a MIS, Computer Engineering, or related technical degree (advanced degree not required)
