Job Description
· Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the migration to a critical third‑party Customer Service application
· Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
· Improve project structure and delivery discipline where prior execution has stalled
· Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams
· Ensure business strategy is effectively planned and executed by partnering with Business project managers and Functional leads
· Track BHE deliverables from internal IT teams and coordinate with business partners on testing needs
· Coordinate infrastructure readiness, hosting, environments, and deployment planning
· Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) coordination, UAT readiness, and go‑live planning
· Communicate project status clearly to leadership, including C‑level, executive‑ready reporting
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience
Location & Travel:
- Preference for candidates located in Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; or Davenport, IA
- Remote candidates considered if highly qualified and willing to travel to Davenport and/or Des Moines 1–2 times per month
Senior‑level Project / Program Management experience
○ 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager; Program‑level experience strongly preferred
○ Proven experience managing large, complex programs ($100M+ budgets, 200+ resources)
○ Strong Vendor Management expertise
○ Experience holding vendors accountable to milestones, velocity, and delivery commitments
○ Ability to identify schedule risks independent of vendor plans
○ Comfortable with candid, crucial conversations to address performance issues
○ Experience partnering with vendors to resolve issues and develop mitigation plans
○ B2C Application Delivery Experience
○ Hands‑on experience delivering Business‑to‑Consumer (B2C) applications
○ Advanced Project Controls & Reporting
○ Extensive experience in schedule, resource, and financial tracking and reporting
○ Hands‑on experience with tools such as: Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Unifier
○ Or similar project scheduling, task, and resource management tools
○ Change & Risk Management: Experience managing Project Change Requests, including gathering information and presenting cases for change
Strong ability to identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
