Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer for a large insurance company in Des Moines, IA. This person will be working as the sole member of the Agentic Team and collaborating with the Strategic Architecture & Engineering (SAE) group. The engineer will be responsible for building out the roadmap and strategy for the Agentic project, operating within a production environment. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and summarizing documents to support underwriters in making informed decisions. A key initiative involves developing a React-based application that enables underwriters to easily access and utilize summarized information, ultimately enhancing their interaction with the business.
