Job Description
This role is on-site at one of the major manufacturing facilities for a large chemical manufacturing company that is a pioneer in the agricultural industry. It supports both site-level and company-wide procurement initiatives. We’re seeking a strategic and operational procurement leader to drive sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and support capital projects and turnaround planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset to improve cost, reliability, and compliance across the supply base.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in procurement including supplier management, contract management, risk management and procure to pay processes
Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
2+ Years exp with SAP S4 Hana, Ariba/Coupa, and procurement systems
Experience managing proposals, developing proposal recommendations, negotiating and awarding the final contract and creating and executing supplier transition plans.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Procurement or supply management certification
