Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a .Net Developer to join a team at a top Life Insurance and Property and Casualty company here in the Des Moines area. This individual will join a mid sized team supporting the claims application. Work environment for this individual will be 70-80% heads down and 20-30% collaborative. The day to day work will all be project based working on a decommissioning project, converting services over to .Net.
Hourly rate for this position ranges between $45.00-$53.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skill set coming in with.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 4-6 years of .Net backend development experience, specifically service based.
• Rest Services
• SQL server
• Experience with Messaging Queue (MQ)
• Experience working in an Azure environment
• Rest APIs
• SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol)
• OAUTH
• Strong communication skills
• Self sufficient
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Duck Creek Claims experience.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Relevant certifications.
