Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Java Developer to join a team at a top Life Insurance and Property and Casualty company here in the Des Moines area. This individual will join a mid sized team supporting the policy application. This individual will be focusing on continuous back end enhancements/developments for rule changes. A majority of this role will consist of heads down coding, collaborating with team members on support, and various team meetings.
Hourly pay for this position is dependent on experience and skill set coming in with and ranges between $45-50/hour.

• 5+ years of experience in back end Java development
• SQL
• 5+ years of experience in ETL
• Service Now
• Excellent communication; experience communicating to internal stakeholders

Insurance industry experience.
