Job Description
The role involves overseeing departmental operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating staff performance, providing training, and implementing personnel changes as approved by leadership. Additional duties include managing schedules for 24/7 coverage, maintaining accurate departmental records, and ensuring adherence to security and fire prevention policies. The role also involves liaising with law enforcement, monitoring facilities for OSHA compliance, managing inventory of keys, and participating in disciplinary processes. 3+ years of experience in security
Experience managing a team & holding staff accountable
Ability to develop and monitor staff transportation schedules for 24-hour, 7 days a week support for students
Active drivers license

CPR Certified
OSHA certifications or courses
